Comprising just over 40 square miles and bordering the Connecticut River on its eastern side, Hartland, Vermont includes the villages of Hartland, Hartland Four Corners, and North Hartland. With a population of just under 3500 and a median household income of just under $70,000 a year, the town is demographically typical for the Windsor County area. K-8 Hartland public schools provide the foundation for early education and the Town provides a popular “school choice” option and voucher at the High School level. The Hartland Dam and terrific views of Mount Ascutney are geographical highlights. From the Hartland Hill Hoppers snowmobile club to the Farmer’s Market, Hartland enjoys being an intrinsic part of the Upper Valley area.
