MEET RICK
With over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate and small business management, as well as an intimate local area knowledge of the entire Upper Valley region, Rick has successfully worked with countless buyers and sellers of Vermont and New Hampshire property achieving their individual real estate goals. He brings integrity, patience, and knowledge to his work.
A Licensed Broker in the States of Vermont and New Hampshire, Rick holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the designation of Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and the National Association of REALTORS® e-PRO certification. He is also a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and a graduate of the Broker's Institute.
A graduate of The University of Vermont and alumnus of Camp Lanakila on Lake Morey, Rick made the Upper Valley his home in 1995. He and his wife raised two daughters in Vermont and continue to love the lifestyle, recreational and cultural opportunities, and welcoming community that the Upper Valley provides.
MEET Phyllis
In her role as Marketing Coordinator, Phyllis manages Higgerson & Company’s social media presence, digital and print advertising, and property specific websites to engage the global audience with Vermont and New Hampshire’s world-class properties. Her background in publishing and design, as well as a degree in Communications from George Washington University, makes her uniquely qualified to communicate visually with Higgerson & Company’s buyers and sellers.
Phyllis has a keen eye for style and previously made her profession designing and marketing beautiful places. She began her career as a location scout in New York City, ran her own interior decorating firm, Henhurst Interiors, for 15 years, and spent the last six years working as an interior and photography stylist. Phyllis’ personal Instagram account has been recognized by The Washington Post as one to follow, and her styling work has been featured in numerous regional and national publications.
Phyllis brings her passion for creating storytelling imagery to showing every real estate listing to its best advantage and connecting buyers with the enviable lifestyle and unparalleled natural beauty we enjoy in Vermont and New Hampshire.
